Consultations

You can end a live consultation at any moment. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Billing stops when the chat ends.

Consultations are billed per started minute at the rate shown before the chat begins. That rate is fixed when the astrologer accepts and cannot change during your consultation. Your free minutes are used first. Waiting for an astrologer to accept is never charged.

Booked consultations

Cancel a scheduled consultation up to 2 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside those 2 hours, half the fee is refunded. The astrologer has held that slot and turned other work away, and a late cancellation costs them real income.

Subscriptions

• Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• You keep everything your plan includes until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut access off the moment you cancel.
• Part-months are not refunded, because the benefits for that period have already been available to you.
• One-time plans simply end on their end date and take no further payment.
• If a renewal charged you after you cancelled, that is our error. Tell us and it is refunded in full.

Orders for physical items

Cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched, from your account or by writing to us. Once it has been handed to the courier, see the shipping and delivery policy.

Digital items

Readings and reports are generated the moment you buy them, so there is no window in which one is pending and can be called back. If a report failed to generate, that is a refund rather than a cancellation; see the refund policy.
