How to file a complaint

  1. Email the Grievance Officer at the address above with a subject like “Complaint: [topic]”.
  2. Include your registered email/phone, the URL or service involved, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a resolution within 30 days as required by the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021.
  4. Issues involving non-consensual intimate imagery are addressed within 24 hours per Rule 3(2)(b).
