How a consultation is billed
- The rate is fixedIt cannot change mid-chat. It is set the moment the astrologer accepts, and that is what you pay for every minute.
- The meter starts lateAt the first reply, not when you join and not while you wait. An astrologer who accepts and does not answer earns nothing.
- Nothing is sold to youNo gemstone, no puja, no remedy inside the chat window. If a remedy is suggested, it is because your chart called for it, never because there is something to sell.
- You end it, billing stopsNo notice period, no cancellation fee. The minute already running is charged because it started; nothing after it is.
- Unused money is yoursWallet credit you never spent can come back to your card. Below ₹500 it stays in your wallet and does not expire.
- Free minutes go firstYour plan’s included minutes are used before a single paid minute is.

Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for the next cycle. Re-subscribe whenever you like.
How does billing work?
Razorpay charges your card, UPI, or netbanking on the cycle you choose: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. We never store your payment details. Razorpay handles the mandate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanent: you can use the basic Kundli and 5 Life Predictions panels forever. Upgrade only when you want full reports or AI Q&A.
Is my data private?
Your birth chart and readings are visible only to you. We never share data with third parties. Soft delete keeps your account recoverable for 30 days after cancellation, then we anonymise.
Do you support GST invoices?
Yes. Every recurring charge generates a GST-compliant invoice you can download from your subscription portal.
